If you are experiencing and difficulty with app data, your app session will need to be refreshed. Follow the below steps to log out and log back in:
- Open your respective app
- Click the menu in the top-left corner
- Confirm you have an "Active Internet Connection" - if you do not, then your app will not store data to review
- Confirm your app "Version" and share with the support team to ensure you have the latest update
- Click "Log out"
- Enter your "email" and "password" to log back in and register a new session
- Test data entry and logging with support or your coach/ provider
- Note: If you get any of the following messages to "update, download, enter clinic code" then your app needs to be updated.
Your username and password will remain the same. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" function.
