Some Android phones may get stuck on the loading screen due to conflicting app cache and data/ storage. To refresh your app follow these steps"
- Go to Android Settings
- Click on "Apps"

- Click the "Your App Name" app

- Click "Storage & cache"

- Click "Clear storage or data" and "clear cache" (Note, clearing storage/ data has no impact to measurements/ food journal. Strictly app performance storage).

OR - Click "Delete" if your phone asks for an additional confirmation to delete "Storage/ Data." There is no impact to your user, measurements, food logs since it is strictly for app performance data.
- Reopen "Your App Name" to confirm and check if you're able to get past the loading page.
